The new design of these light blocking goggles aims to lessen the amount of light that can pass around them, to provide a more comfortable experience for the patient or user.

These light blocking goggles are designed to be more comfortable, and block out even more light. With a firmer rubber, and moulded edges, these goggles seek to provide an even denser barrier of light protection than our previous models.

Block multiple wavelengths of light

TLA Black Out Goggles are suitable and recommended for use during infrared and red light therapy treatments and offer full protection from wavelengths: 190nm-2000nm.

Say goodbye to sensitivity

These black out goggles are designed to block all wavelengths of light produced from our red & infrared LED light panels. They are made from high density materials, extensively used in laser and cosmetic fields.

Block over 99% of light

The static absorption rate of the rubber used in these goggles is over 99.9% and they also block out over 99.9% of UV rays.

Adjustable Strap

The strap is adjustable for different sizes of user and should fit anyone.

Not suitable or intended

These are the best out there
I just recently purchased a LED face mask. I tried other eye protection but they were uncomfortable and did not work. These are great. They totally block out all light and are comfortable to wear. I was hesitant to order since I am in the USA but it was so worth it. No problems with the order whatsoever. I would order products from this company again.

Amazing!
I use these with an LED face lamp and they are the best goggles I have used even compared to in salon ones. They completely block your eyes, no need for anything underneath them and no squinting at all! The elastic is long enough for larger heads as well. Very worthwhile investment to replace the toy ones that came with a lamp that I had purchased elsewhere. The curve base is soft on the eye skin too.

Red light is generally considered safe for the skin, however we always recommend asking your GP if you have any questions or concerns regarding its usage.

In general we recommend 10 mins per area with a maximum of twice/ day usage. You can use these items for up to 20 mins per area at a maximum of twice daily, however, the science seems to favour shorter sessions. Learn more (link to a general dosing guide to red light therapy)

Twice daily for 10 mins per area per session at a maximum. Once daily 5 times a week at a minimum. Ensure that you have at least a 6-8 hr break between sessions as well to allow for maximum benefit.

How much power is consumed when using red and infrared light?2026-07-01T23:00:58+10:00

Not a lot, generally most setups will use less power than a hairdryer. You will also more than likely not use your device for longer than 40 mins / day, so the cost on your electricity bill won’t skyrocket.

How do I protect my eyes from Red LEDs?2026-07-01T23:00:57+10:00

We recommend using our Light Blocking Goggles when using the device on your face or similar. Do not ever stare into the light device and always wear goggles if you are feeling uncomfortable.
