LTE / LTE Pro 

*excluding LTE 45 & Travel Kit

All items in the LTE & LTE Pro range come with a two year manufacturer’s warranty. Meaning we guarantee free parts and service for the first 24 months when considering manufacturers faults.

Non manufacturers faults can potentially be fixed, however you will need to send your item in for a paid repair.

*LTE 45w Panels come with a 90 day manufacturer warranty.

*Travel kits have a 2 year Manufacturers warranty and a 12 month battery warranty. Read more about our battery replacement program here!

Pro 

All items in the Pro Range are covered for 3 years for manufacturers faults. In the unlikely event of a fault, or if you think your machine needs servicing during this time, please contact us. When returning an item, you must make sure it is packed safely and securely to avoid any undue damage occurring in transit. Read our returns policy here…

If we find there is no physical damage, and indeed there is a manufacturers fault in your machine, we will replace or repair your machine free of charge and cover postage back.

If your machine requires fixing but is outside of the manufacturer warranty, we will contact you first with any costs before proceeding with a paid repair.

NOTE: Your warranty period will not restart upon receiving a repair or replacement product. 

Black

All TLA Black products are covered for 4 years for manufacturer faults. In the unlikely event of a fault, or if you think your machine needs servicing during this time, please contact us. Commercial

All Beds are covered under 12-24 month manufacturers parts warranties as advertised on each specific product. Any spare parts needed within the warranty period are fully covered by TLA as is express postage to you.

Bands Masks Accessories

Our Pads and Bands are covered for 12 months for manufacturer faults. Face masks now come with a 3-12 month warranty, as advertised on each specific product.

Outside Of Warranty Repairs/ Recycling

Just because your item is out of warranty, does not mean we will not help in any way we can! If something breaks, or you believe there is a fault outside of your warranty period, please contact us. In most cases we can fix your item for a relatively cheap cost, and if we cannot, we will definitely have a voucher for you. You can also recycle all TLA products free of charge by dropping or sending them back to our Gold Coast location.

Item Damaged on Arrival

In the unlikely event your item has been damaged in transit to you, we expect you will see clear signs. If your box looks damaged, please document the following before opening.

  1. Take several clear photos of the postage label including the tracking number.
  2. Take photos of any relevant damage to the outer packaging of your product.
  3. Inspect your product for damage. If the box is damaged but the product is in perfect condition, the box has done its job.
  4. If your product has clear signs of damage, DO NOT USE IT, contact us immediately via email.

Please be sure to include photos of the following:

  • Shipping label with the tracking number and all other details clearly visible
  • The outer packaging and any visible signs of damage
  • The visible signs of damage on your product
  • We ask that you lodge a report with the relevant postage company from your end after sending us all of the above photos and information.
  1. If your product is not working but has no visible signs of damage, follow all steps above and contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.

*All items are life tested before they are sent and delivered using insured and tracked postage methods.

Water Damage

We can attempt to service and fix out of warranty machines that are not water damaged. Any machine that has become water damaged is unfortunately not serviceable. Please do not use a water damaged machine for any reason. Water damaged machines are eligible to be recycled for free at TLA under our recycling program.

Exemptions

We currently cannot return or repair used Facemask, Pad, Mat, or Band products due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Please report items not working within 24 hours of receiving for a speedy return and replacement covered by TLA. Outside of this we can also send spare parts or vouchers where required to cover advertised warranty periods. We apologise for any inconvenience.
