Manufacturer Tips For Use
The TLA 45w is a simple low powered red and near-infrared (NIR) LED light. It should be within 5cms of the area you are looking to irradiate, for 20 mins per session. This can be done twice per day at a maximum, with a 6 hour break between sessions at a minimum. For this reason we generally recommend morning and night or one or the other. It is recommended to do at least 5 sessions/ week at a minimum.
