Red Light Therapy Mat that will fit most massage tables and is 175cm X 90cm. It can also be used on firm surfaces like the floor or a yoga mat.*
The TLA Mat 2 is over 10x the size of the TLA Band, however nowhere near 10x the price!
The TLA Mat has been designed to be used underneath our larger set ups, halving potential session times for maximum results in minimal time.
You are able to use red 660nm/645nm/630nm and near infrared 850nm/830nm/810nm at the same time, catering for your specific needs.
The LEDs used in TLA products have a life expectancy of 100,000 hours, meaning this Infrared Light therapy Mat will be useful for many years to come.

I’ve had my mat for 2wks now and I’m delighted. I use it 10mins on my front & back twice a day. The most noticeable difference is that I feel incredibly calm and handle work stress infinitely better. I’m sleeping well and also wake feeling completely refreshed. My mental focus is fantastic. I was disappointed that my black out goggles were missing from my order but I believe they’re on the way. I would definitely recommend this product
We have not used the product as yet. I have put the hat on my dad. He waits for me to go there to put it on him. He is a bit cautious.

I think this mat is amazing. My friend has been using panels for a while and as soon as I saw this i went for one. I don't really have room in the apartment for a giant panel set up. This rolls up next to my bed after use w the yoga mat.
It's been great to lay on for 5 mins before and after my yoga sessions.
It just really helps the blood to circulate I feel I can push so much further.
Worth the investment I'm feeling great.
I got this to go below my 1500w set up.
It's awesome! No more turning over, and half the session time.
Next I will get another 1500w and my life will be complete 😊
Ive been using TLA products once or twice a day for a month and my sleep and skin have improved dramatically. Lots of friends have said I look younger.
