FAQ/ CARE
Should I use other cosmetics while I use this device?
YES, for best results apply any scar creams or moisturisers before use. Ideally, a mask, that can work with the lights to get a two tiered result. Make sure you check your cosmetics, and don’t use any that cause sensitivity towards light before using this product!
Can children use this device?
Physically yes, is it recommended? not at this stage. This product is designed for adult skin/ usage. For this reason, we recommend usage only by individuals over the age of 18.
Can this hurt my eyes?
Not really, especially the way we’ve designed it. However, if you are at all concerned or experience any irritation, simply shut your eyes.
Are there negative side effects?
No. LED light therapy is considered safe, as is this home use device.
How do I clean the product?
Dry, or very very slightly damp microfiber cloth. Don’t get the product wet for any reason. It may be best to hold one side with a towel while you clean the other side, as bending the face mask can cause it to break irreparably.
